3. Construction & Project Execution
Once approved, the project is scheduled and materials are secured. Construction is carried out with a focus on structural integrity, clean craftsmanship, and jobsite organization. This includes proper footing depth, accurate framing, secure hardware installation, and clean finish work. Progress is communicated throughout the job so homeowners always know what stage the project is in.
4. Final Walkthrough, Cleanup & Completion
When construction is complete, a walkthrough is done to review every detail, confirm measurements, check hardware and structural connections, and address any final adjustments. The work area is cleaned, debris is removed, and the finished project is presented exactly as expected.
